Diallo Dphrepaulezz formerly served as assistant director of Center for School Reform at the San Francisco based Pacific Research Institute for Public Policy, where he researched and published on matters of school choice, education and civil right, charter schools, and other education reform issues. He is the author of The Fight to Save Edison Charter in San Francisco and he played a critical role in bringing national attention to the plight of the successful charter.
Mr. Dphrepaulezz’s articles have appeared in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Oakland Tribune, and San Francisco Examiner. He graduated cum laude from Virginia State University with an honors degree in Public Administration, holds an M.P.A. in Comparative International Public Management from Indiana University-Bloomington, and received a J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law at Bloomington.
