David is the managing editor of thedoylereport.com (TDR) where he writes about education policy and the impact of technology in our schools. He received his J.D. from the George Washington National Law Center in 2003. David joined TDR after directing research at The Center for Education Reform. When he is not working, he’s training to qualify for the Hawaii Ironman Triathlon.
